TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş may use the BUYER's personal information to receive allocation requests, provide services, make payments, contact the BUYER for marketing purposes regarding the services received, update information, manage and maintain membership, suggest services that may interest the BUYER, ensure third parties perform technical and other similar functions on behalf of TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş for the realization of the fair organization, send publications, send newsletters or notifications via email, answer questions, provide effective customer service, and inform about new content. Photos and videos taken during the fair organization may be shared on the AYMOD website for the promotion of the fair, and the BUYER agrees to this. It is stated that the shared Personal Information will not be used for purposes other than the purposes and services specified here under any circumstances. If the BUYER does not wish to receive such commercial electronic communications and does not approve, the BUYER may always opt-out of the membership list. TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş will ensure the removal from the sending list in this case. If the BUYER wishes to stop receiving commercial electronic communications at any time, they can communicate their requests to TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş through the contact information on the Membership Profile page. Collected financial information is used for the service acquisition process and accounting purposes related to the services received by the BUYER. When purchasing a service from the website, the BUYER agrees that their email address information may be shared with the necessary third parties (banks, credit card companies, etc.) to complete the transaction. Shared information includes all necessary financial details such as credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2. Except for the cases specified, it is mandatory to inform and obtain the BUYER's prior approval before sharing personal information with third parties.

TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş will not accept any responsibility in the event of incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information. In case TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş incurs any damage due to incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided, the BUYER is obligated to compensate for this damage.

3. Data Security:

All information entered into the system by the BUYER can only be accessed and changed by the BUYER. It is not possible for others to access and modify this information. The passwords used by the BUYER cannot be seen by third parties, including system administrators and company personnel.

TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş takes all necessary precautions to ensure the security of personal information. However, the complete and absolute protection of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the BUYER assumes their own risk when transmitting information.
