DISTANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

PARTIES

On one side, the address of TASD FUARCILIK A.Ş (hereinafter referred to as 'TASD'), and on the other side, the PARTICIPANT(S) whose information is listed below, have entered into this STAND SPACE ALLOCATION Agreement under the following terms and conditions.

SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is; the provision of stand space allocation service by TASD through the AYMOD website, and defining the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulations.

DEFINITIONS

Exhibition Venue: IFM - ISTANBUL EXHIBITION CENTER

Exhibition Dates: 02-05 SEPTEMBER 2025

Stand: A space allocated for participation in the exhibition, provided to the PARTICIPANT for a fee, with full responsibility for it.

Participant: A person (either natural or legal) to whom stand space has been allocated in the exhibition organized by TASD.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The PARTICIPANT must make the payment for the stand space service through the TASD website via credit card or bank transfer to the designated TASD bank accounts.

The website clearly specifies all services included in the price, and additional services are paid separately. Specifically, services not related to the ordered stand, such as transportation, accommodation, and other expenses, are not included in the price.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

For cancellation or changes, the participant must send the current reasons to the AYMOD website.

The following rules apply for cancellation or changes:

If the participant cancels their participation 30 days before the exhibition, a full refund will be provided.

If the participant cancels their participation 45 days before the exhibition, changes will be considered based on availability, and if changes are not possible, a full refund will be provided.

If the participant requests changes 7 days before the exhibition, changes will be considered, but TASD is not responsible for the inability to fulfill certain requests.

If the participant requests changes less than 7 days before the exhibition, TASD will decide whether this is possible. If the changes cannot be made, the participant is required to pay the full amount.

TASD is obligated to fulfill all its responsibilities, otherwise, the participant may terminate the agreement. In case of termination, TASD is required to refund all payments within 90 days.

If the exhibition cannot be held due to objective reasons, TASD is required to refund all payments within 90 days.

If TASD terminates the agreement, it is obligated to refund all payments to the participant within 90 days.

If the participant decides to leave the exhibition before its completion, they are required to pay the full amount of the agreement, including unused services.

The service under this agreement is not subject to cancellation in accordance with the rules specified in the Distance Contracts Regulations, including exceptions for services provided on a specific date or within a certain period.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The participant is aware of the exhibition and stand allocation information on the TASD website.

The price of the stand allocation service and payment methods are visible on the website before completing the booking, and the participant chooses the payment method at their discretion.

The participant completes the payment via credit card. The system through which payment is made is secured with international software ensuring data protection.

However, if viruses or other malicious software on the participant's computer or negligence lead to the theft of information by third parties, TASD is not responsible for any potential losses.

The participant is obliged to enter only valid and accurate information when making the payment.

All participants agree that any disputes regarding this agreement will be settled in Istanbul courts.

In case of exhibition cancellation, the participant will receive a refund within a certain period.

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information, and in case of mistakes, they are responsible for all consequences.

Any payments under this agreement are made with the participant's consent and confirmation.

This agreement is valid only for the period of the exhibition specified in it.

The participant is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and fulfilling legal obligations.

The participant agrees to comply with all the rules set by TASD and avoid actions that disrupt the order of the exhibition.

TASD reserves the right to modify or cancel the exhibition organization at any time.

In case of disputes, the parties should attempt to resolve them amicably.

AUTHORIZED COURT

In the resolution of disputes arising from the implementation of this stand area allocation/rental agreement, primarily the provisions of this agreement and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Regulation shall apply. The parties may apply to Consumer Courts and/or Consumer Arbitration Committees within legal limits. The authorized court for resolving disputes is Küçükçekmece Courts and enforcement offices. The PARTICIPANT accepts and declares that they have received, read, and acknowledged all information about the nature of the service subject to the agreement, its price, payment method, and performance, as written on the promotional page of the website, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
